Optimal Robust Tracking Control of Injection Velocity in an Injection Molding Machine

Injection molding is a critical component of modern industrial operations, and achieving fast stable control injection machines (IMMs) essential for producing high-quality plastic products. This paper focuses on solving an optimal tracking problem the velocity that arises in typical nonlinear IMM. To this end, efficient robust controller proposed designed. The servo system first approximately linearized at iteration points using first-order Taylor expansion approach. Then, each time node optimization process, relevant algebraic Riccati equation introduced, solution used to construct feedback controller. Furthermore, rigorous Lyapunov theorem analysis employed demonstrate global stability properties results from numerical simulations show strategy can successfully rapidly achieve best intended trajectory within given time.
